For so many years we have not done much for meal planning and have relied heavily on frozen meals from Costco (or other). As we prepare to return home more permanently this page is intended to list our goto meals – to give us a place to start.

Breakfast

  • Roll-ups/ crepes
  • Oatmeal
  • Pancakes with chocolate-chips
  • Cereals: Rice Krispies, Cherios
  • Toast
  • PB and J sandwich
  • Eggs
  • Sausage

Lunch

  • Leftovers
  • Annie’s Mac and Cheese, add a type of meat
  • Grill Cheese
  • Tuna melts

Snacks

  • Fruit
  • Bananas
  • Smoothies
  • Milk Shake
  • Muffins

Dinner

  • Thai green curry
  • Tuna Casserole (Penne)
  • Roast Chicken
  • Re-fried rice (great to use up leftovers)
  • Spaghetti
  • Steak
  • Salmon
  • Tacos
  • Perogies and Sausage

Fast dinners

aka frozen – just heat

  • Chicken nuggets or strips
  • Lasagna
  • Chicken Pot Pie

Dinner sides

  • Roast potatoes
  • Rice
  • Veggies:
    • Carrots
    • Corn
    • Broccoli
